About Me My name is Ariel and I'm majoring in Criminal Justice. After I finish my General Classes at Salt Lake Community College, I plan on transferring to Weber State University to finish my degree. My dream is to become a Forensic Investigator. How did this come to be? Well, I didn't always want to pursue a career in forensics. I've always loved animals, and when I was younger, I wanted nothing more than to be a Veterinarian; after realizing what a Veterinarian actually does, I dropped that dream. While I was in seventh grade, some investigators from the West Jordan Crime Lab came to my school and gave a presentation to my English class. This is when I became interested in forensics. I remember thinking, "it would be so cool to help catch the bad guys". After the presentation, I began researching the career field and decided this is what I wanted to do. |
