For this assignment, I had to edit a word document in the virtual Microsoft Word program.  Some specific actions I had to do were insert an index and table of contents.

     When I first discovered I had to take a computer literacy class to fulfill my General Education requirements, I thought "What else could I possible learn that I hadn't learned in junior high and high school?"  I have found there was still much I needed to learn.  I thought I knew all I needed to know about Microsoft Word, but I had no clue that you could insert an index or a table of context so easily.  I chose this assignment because I feel I learned more about Microsoft Word and what I could do with it than any other Word assignment I had completed.

     Learning these two functions will help me tremendously in the future and will save me time when I have to insert a table of contents or an index.
